Catch-A-Ride

Important Announcement: Catch-A-Ride is experiencing technical difficulties, leaving us with no access to trip information for trips date 12/11/18. Subscription trips and medical trips scheduled through Southeastrans, MTM, Logisticare and LCP should not be impacted. However, we do not have access to any other trip information at this time. If you had a trip scheduled for 12/11/18, please call Catch-A-Ride on 800-330-7603 and provide your trip details and we will do our best to accommodate your trip. Our call center will open at 7am on 12/11/18.

 


Catch-A-Ride provides public transportation to anyone, for any purpose, anywhere within our six-county service area. We accept cash fares as well as Medicaid or Managed Care. Our vehicles are wheelchair accessible.

Rides are scheduled on a first come, first serve basis, so call as early as possible (up to 30 days in advance). Call center hours are from 7am to 5pm.

First time callers will be asked a few general questions, so that we can setup an account for you. This only takes a few minutes.

Standard $2.00 Additional $0.25 per mile
Reduced* $1.00 Additional $0.25 per mile
Subscription** $3.50 Additional $0.25 per mile

 

Group Fares 0-10 Miles 11+ Miles
Group Rate Standard $2.00 Additional $0.25 per mile
Group Rate Reduced $1.00 Additional $0.25 per mile

 

* Available to older adults (60+), children up to 13 years of age & persons with permanent disability
